Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

    Prepare the Item

    Carefully repackage your furniture or decor in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included.

  • 3.
    Ship Back to Warehouse

    Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for oversized pieces.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
